- Performance — PHP 3,150 (regular PHP 3,700): guided nutrition for body recomposition and sports performance. Includes consultation with endocrinology or nutrition MD + RND, Nutrition Plan session, 2 RND follow-ups.
- Weight-Related Medical Clearance — PHP 4,000 (regular PHP 4,700): for employees with overweight, obesity or metabolic syndrome who need work clearance. Includes consultation with endocrinologist + nutrition MD, Nutrition Plan session with RND, medical certificate for work clearance.
